Psychotherapy & Counselling

Psychotherapy – Psychotherapy tends to be longer-term and addresses more deep-rooted issues and patterns of relating. It provides on opportunity to make sense of issues from the past that are unresolved and are preventing an individual from living fully in the present.

Counselling – Counselling usually takes place over a shorter period of time and has a more defined focus, often dealing with a specific issue or experience such as bereavement, loss, change, or the end of a relationship.
