Sessions are generally held weekly and are 50 minutes long. I currently use a room at the New Park Centre in Chichester for in-person sessions. I also offer sessions online via Zoom.

Sessions cost £70, payable in advance or on the day by bank transfer. Sessions cancelled within 48 hours (working days) are chargeable.

A brief 15-minute telephone conversation can be arranged in the first instance, or if you prefer you can book an initial chargeable session. An initial session is a chance to meet and for you to decide if what I offer feels right for you.
